The Story

2019. 20% body fat.
Trying everything. Getting nowhere.

I tried keto. I tried IIFYM. I tried fasted cardio at 6am. I tried the bro split, the PPL, the dad-bod cleanse — you name it, I gave it a go.

Nothing held. I'd lose a stone, gain it back, then some. I was strong in the gym and soft in the mirror.

So I spent 7 years stripping back everything that didn't work and obsessively testing what did. Eating carbs every day. Running twice a week. Training under an hour.
